Who we are

Belle Picks ("we", "us") runs this website and the Belle Picks Pinterest account. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Visitors to this website

You do not need an account to use this website. We do not sell personal information, we set no advertising or tracking cookies and we use no analytics service. If we add privacy-friendly visit counting later, it will only show which pages are popular, and this policy will say so.

The email signup

When you sign up for the free Belle Picks letter, your email address goes to our email provider, Kit (kit.com), which stores it and sends our emails. You first get an email asking you to confirm. We use your address only to send you the letter and gift reminders. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share your address. Kit handles it under its own privacy policy.

Your wishlist

The hearts you tap are saved only in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us. If you use "Share my list", the link contains short codes for the products, nothing about you. Clearing your browser data removes the wishlist.

Our Pinterest app

We use an internal application ("Belle Picks Publisher") that connects to the Pinterest API to manage our own Pinterest account: to create and schedule pins and boards on our own account and to read analytics (impressions, saves, clicks) for our own pins. It does not request access to other Pinterest users' accounts and does not collect, store or share other users' personal data. Access tokens are stored securely and used only by us.

Affiliate links

Some links on this website or in our pins may become affiliate links. If you buy something through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Retailers you visit through our links have their own privacy policies.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. "Save" buttons open Pinterest, and the retailers we link to process data under their own privacy policies.

Children

This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

If you have any questions about this policy or want us to delete any information related to you, send us a message through our Pinterest profile.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
